JouéClub is one of the French market leader for toys and games retailer with 300 stores in France, Italy, Belgium and Morocco. For 4 years, JouéClub is investing heavily on Digital to make it a cornerstone of its communication. Fulfillment of this effort, the French retailer released its new website at the end of August. JouéClub appealed Web Geo Services for its expertise in customer journey personalization, thanks to its solution Woosmap. This new approach leads JouéClub to replace the Store Finder for its website joueclub.fr.
